Easter Egg Mosaic Crochet square

This pattern is for an overlay mosaic crochet square that can be used in other types of projects, such as blankets, pillows, satchel bags, table mats, etc.

Any yarn or hook will work, depending on the desired size of the finished square. I used yarn weight of 4 with a 5.5 hook, which creates a square of 13.5” x 13”.

This is a great way to use up scraps! For projects using medium weight #4 yarn, you will need around 4 oz or 200 yards of yarn, total.
