Dottie Sock II

Are you looking for a quick-to-knit cotton sock for the Summer? Look no further... Dottie Sock II is the 'cuff down' version of Dottie Sock - the design has a wedge toe, gusset, 'eye of the partridge' patterned heel flap and picot cuff. This sock was knitted using 100g of DMC Natura 'Just Cotton' yarn in 'Bleu Layette'. Tension/gauge is 8 sts per inch measured over Stocking Stitch using 2.5 mm needles, or 8 1/2 sts per inch using 2.25 mm needles - so you can easily substitute your favourite cotton or sock 4 ply (fingering weight) yarn. Dottie Sock II will fit a foot circumference of 8" (20.5 cm) and 9" (23 cm) depending on the size of needle chosen - foot length is adjustable.
