Doll in a Valentine outfit

MATERIALS AND TOOLS 

1. Any yarn in skin, red and white colors. I used “Cotton Gold” by ALIZE (55% cotton, 45% acrylic, 330m/100g) – 10 g of red, 10 g of skin, 8 g of white; 
2. Matching Steel crochet hook (I used 1.75 mm – approximately US 4, UK 2); 
3. Any white yarn for the hair – I used “Softy” by Alize (100% polyester, 50g/115 m) – the quantity and amount depends on the hair you want and its thickness; 
4. Two black beads or half beads for the eyes (I used 7 mm in diameter) – you can embroider them or crochet them instead - then you will need small amount of black color yarn); 
5. Any stuffing; 
6. Tapestry needle; 
7. Single core copper electrical wire – I used approximately 30 cm (11.8 inches) of wire 1.5 mm in diameter; 
8. Fabric tape 1 cm wide to work up the wire ends; 
9. Transparent glue; 
10. A piece of thick cardboard or plastic for the insoles
11. Red embroidery thread for the mouth; 
12. Sewing pins and a knitting needle; 
13. A piece of red felt to decorate the dress (or any other decoration).
