Product Description

I found a variation of this stitch pattern in one of my knitting magazines and thought it was an interesting stitch. I played around with the stitch pattern combining it with different colours and yarn thicknesses before selecting the final version.

As the stitch pattern creates most of the visual impact I chose to keep the garment shape very simple.

The edges are all worked in a combination of moss/seed stitch outlined with garter stitch.

I have re-named the pattern Debbie's Jumper

The original sample garment was knitted in King Cole Merino Blend DK

Very helpfull

The stitch is not easy to knit and the efforts I made looked like so many spiders ... and I'm afraid that once I had that view of them it stayed and so I didn't continue with the work. The details given were not without miss-spelling in the pattern
