Crochet Belle Victorian Shawl Pattern

This Romantic Prayer Vintage Wrap pattern is a lovely and feminine wrap that is very easy to make. The main part of this shawl is made following a simple Half Double Crochet stitch pattern; this simple 1 row pattern repeat is easy to follow and creates a very feminine design. A dainty and delicate shell stitch edging is then added.

This is a great project for beginners.

This pattern is written in US terms (British terms in brackets).

For this project you will need:

2 skeins of Papatya Angora yarn, or 2 skeins of Alize Angora Gold yarn (available on Amazon), or 600 grams of your preferred fingering/light 2 yarn

4 mm crochet hook

A pair of scissors

A tapestry needle
