Core Sweater

The Core Sweater balances structure and comfort with set in sleeves, cosy turtleneck, split cuffs and a relaxed fit. Knit seamlessly from the top down. The construction starts at the top. You’ll knit the back to the shoulders, then work each front to match before picking up stitches at the shoulders to shape the sleeves. The yoke is joined and worked in the round to the underarms, where the sleeves are worked while the body is set aside. Because the sleeves are knit before the body, you get to avoid sleeve island. When the sleeves are done, the body is knit in the round to the hem finishing off with the ribbed neck.
