Abbreviations:
St - Stitch
K - Knit
P - Purl
K2tog - Knit 2 sts together
P2tog - Purl 2 sts together
P3tog - Purl 3 sts together
Inc - Increase 1 st by knitting into the front and back of it
Tbl - Through back loop
Skp - Slip 1 stitch, Knit 1 stitch, pass the slipped stitch over the knit stitch.
Pfb - Purl into the front and the back of the next st increasing one st.
Kfb - Knit into the front and the back of the next st increasing one st.
St st - Stocking Stitch
