Single pointed knitting needles, are used, working from the bottom up.
Yarn used : Tea Cosy – 100g CHUNKY BROWN Decorations: Oddments of DOUBLE KNIT of BROWN, GOLDEN BROWN, LIGHT BROWN, BEIGE, YELLOW, WHITE, BLACK
Instructions are in American terminology. I tend to use smaller gauge hooks and knitting needles because I prefer a tighter and more compact tea cosy (I can enjoy extra cups longer )
Basic stitches are used, and mainly knitting, however there is some crochet involved, eg the ‘doily’ at the bottom of the Tea Cosy. Again using basic stitches. I love the way the 2 yarn techniques combine so well to produce my work, now I share with you my special and popular pattern - enjoy PS: love to see what you created
