Choco Baby Blanket and Booties

Pattern includes instructions how to make the blanket and the booties.  Perfect gift for a newborn baby! The blanket is very soft and warm, and looks almost as knitted.

Skill Level: Easy/Intermediate

Stitches used: 

• ch – chain stitch 
• sc – single crochet 
• hdc – half double crochet 
• dc – double crochet 
• sl st - slip stitch 
• Special stitch - Front post double crochet (FP dc)

Materials: 

• For blanket: 400 gr DK weight yarn (I used pure merino wool) 
• For booties: 30 gr DK weight yarn (I used pure merino wool) 
• small amount of contrasting colour yarn 
• crochet hook 3,5mm (E) or size needed to obtain gauge.

Sizes:  Blanket: 60cm x 60cm, or 23,5” x 23,5”

Booties:  0-6 months and 6-12 months.
