Chicken on Nest Box Chocolate Orange Cover

This Mother Chicken is hatching something on her nesting box....a Chocolate Orange! She's been designed to cover a chocolate orange or bath bomb. Once the chocolate is all gone, the cover can still be used as a decorative item.

The cover measures approx. 13 cms.

The pattern includes instructions on how to make the cover & nesting box with a list of abbreviations. The pattern is written in English & can be printed onto 1 piece of paper (front & back).

All pieces are knitted flat on a pair of straight 3.25mm knitting needles (US 3). The pattern is worked using stocking stitch & seed stitch.

The pattern uses DK yarn (double knitting or light worsted weight); less than 25g in each colour.
