Rounds of different stitches create a special texture
The uniquely different aspect of this pattern is the spike stitch that I’ve used to blend the (recommended) color changes. While multiple colors are not vital (you’ll get texture in this case), make your color changes before the spike stitch rounds for best effect
Make this to whatever size you need - a multiple of 2 stitches is all that’s required! The suggested length will double around the neck, as shown.
Requirements
200m/220yd DK (8ply) / #3 weight yarn 5.5mm (I) crochet hook (optional) stitch marker to keep track of the end of each round Tapestry needle to sew in the 2 ends
