Casual Friday Slouch Hat

The Casual Friday Slouch Hat is a beautiful hat that you can wear every day. It looks great with a sweater and jeans or a big coat and chunky scarf.

You will need 4 oz. of any size 4 medium weight yarn, an H/8 (5.00 mm) crochet hook, an I/9 (5.25 mm) crochet hook, some stitch markers and a tapestry needle.

This is a beginner friendly pattern. You will crochet a rectangle using simple stitches (single crochet and double crochet), seam one side and then cinch together the end using a tapestry needle and yarn.

UPDATE: You can change the foundation chain and follow the remainder of the instructions to achieve a more beanie-style hat like the last photo shown. The instructions are included in the pattern.
