I made this Shawl as a birthday gift for my sister Carolina. She lives in the south of my country in a very cold and rainy city, so she needs a big shawl. I get inspired by the color of the vegetation of this part of my country.
Carolina Shawl is a big and beautiful shawl with beads. The beads simulates the rain drops in the plants after rain.

Yarn & Yardage 956yds / 878m of Fingering Weight yarn. Cascade 220 Fingering - 3.5 skeins of Como Blue (color code 9420) (100% Peruvian Highland Wool).
Needles 1 set of 7US/ 4.5mm 24”/60cm circular needles.
Gauge 22st = 4”/10cm in Garter st blocked. Take time to save time. Make the Gauge sample!
