Product Description
This Shoulder Bag was specifically designed to use a Purse Organizer Insert, 10.6 x 6.3 x 3.3 inches (I have found them on Amazon and Temu).
(The finished crochet bag is about 11.5 inches wide x 7.5 inches tall and stretches easily to accommodate this recommended liner.)
Because of the holes in the motif, it is highly recommended to use this bag with the purse insert, OR a Lightweight Tote bag about 11.5 inches wide, then cut down to the correct height, can be used as a liner, OR use fabric to cut and sew or glue your own liner.
Complete purse shown in Size 3 Crochet Thread held double to equal DK weight. (The Pioneer Woman Kit from Walmart- 100% cotton, 170 yds each)
Other size 3 crochet thread held double can also be used. Category 1 (super fine) yarn can also be used held double. Category 2 or 3 (Sport or DK weight) yarn held single is also a good choice. Be sure to make a gauge swatch and adjust hook size as necessary.
