What is Being Made

Yarn and Materials

This project uses one 150-gram skein of Malabrigo Rasta in the colorway Lluvas, which provides 90 yards (82 meters) of super bulky weight yarn. The super chunky yarn weight allows for quick project completion and creates a substantial, cozy fabric. US 17 (12 mm) circular needles measuring 24 inches (60 cm) are required for construction. A cable needle is listed as optional extras, though the pattern notes that twisting stitches can be accomplished without one.

Knitting Techniques and Stitches

The Camilla Cowl features a two-stitch cable pattern with yarn overs worked between each cable twist. The stitch pattern alternates between two rounds:
