If you are looking for a sock pattern that is perfect for Indie dyed yarn, this is it!
This top-down ankle sock pattern is written for use with circular needles, but can be worked with DPNs or individual circular needles. 9-inch circulars are not recommended for this pattern. Individual instructions for each method are included in the pattern directions with additional instructions for a taller leg.
The nature of the Brickworks Socks pattern is such that it is a bit elastic; however, it is important that you choose the size closest to the natural circumference of the foot because the sock is close-fitting once it is on the foot.
Now you have no excuse to knit something other than a vanilla sock.
