Product Description
This sweet little bolero/shrug has a knitted back for softness for a baby. It's a light weight bolero for Summer.
It can be made for various sizes depending on yarn and needles/hooks used. I used a tad over a 50g ball for 00 size and 1 small ball of No 8 crochet cotton for Preemie size.
I made the first one to fit a newborn, then I made it bigger by using 4 ply cotton yarn and bigger needles/hooks, then even bigger again by using 4 ply acrylic yarn, and finally by using 8ply (DK) yarn and 4mm needles and hooks.
You can make it with or without the embroidery and for one of them I made little knot type crochet buttons, (Googled crochet buttons).
