Blue Lacy Bobble Hat

This is an easy knit if you can cast on, bind off, knit 2 stitches together and are comfortable with working on circular and double pointed needles.

I love bobbles but I’m not thrilled about making them in the customary way, which I think involves too much work … so I’ve come up with an easier way to do it.
