Bella the Birdie

This bird cushion is made from two semi-circle shapes that are sewn together. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, Bella is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). To make Bella you will need to know how to knit stripes, and cast on stitches at the end of a row using backward loop. For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
