Beige Contemplation

Beige Contemplation is large shawl knitted as simple as possible: timeless garter stitch, a light neutral color and a simple lace pattern. The rhythmic and repetitive pattern is calming and so contemplative. Perhaps I knitted solely for the purpose of relaxation and relief.  The symmetrical shawl is a timeless design and suitable for many occasions: a business lunch, a summer picnic or just an evening walk. I was looking for a warm neutral color . The color Antique Lace by Madelinetosh just seemed perfect  to me for this minimalist pattern. Beige is the New Gray!
