Beansie Baby is a labour of love!
My son had the middle pictured Beansie Baby when he was a toddler. He is now 40+ and I still have the doll in my room. He loved her so much he cracked her mouth horizontally, ( ear to ear) and then he hid Cheerios and Ritz cookies in the empty head.
I have decided to recreate this darling doll.
She is an intermediate knit only because she has a shaped body and romper. The line-to-line details are included in the pdf and the instructions to create the Styrofoam head and bean-filled body are as well.
The romper, bonnet and hoodie are all included in this pattern and are all worked in a 3 or a 4 yarn.
Give her a try.. she is an adorable gift.. and Christmas is not far off for the knitters of the world. Can't you see her under the tree this year?
