Beaded Diamonds Pillow Cover

Knitting with beads is fun and can produce very effective results on otherwise plain knitting. I designed this 14"/ 35cm square cushion cover using over 500 seed beads thread onto a worsted weight/#4/aran/medium weight yarn.

The cover itself is knit in simple stocking stitch, the challenge comes from threading the beads (not difficult, just a little time consuming - directions are provided!) and working the diagonal pattern. Instructions are written line by line and a chart is also included.

The envelope closure is secured with three buttons allowing for easy removal to change your décor or for hand washing of the pillow cover.
