Yarn: YarnArt Jeans – 50g/160m (1.76 oz/174 yds) 50% cotton, 50% acrylic light blue (color 75) – 1 ball natural (color 03) – 1 ball, or any sport weight yarn.

Skill level: intermediate.

Materials needed: 2.25 mm hook (1 US), 2.75 mm hook (C/2 US), sewing needle, yarn needle, scissors, stuffing material (holofiber is recommended), black safety eyes (8 mm), pink embroidery thread, sewing pins, stitch marker.

Sizing: square blanket: 42 cm (16½ inches) diagonally across.

Gauge: 7 sts x 7 rows = 1x1”/2.5x2.5 cm

Techniques used: single crochet, double crochet, slip stitch.
