Babouches

Amazingly confortable, these slippers follow the natural curves of your foot like a glove.

I love their look, somehow between morrocan Babouches and the pointy shoes of Louis XIV (I'm french ! ;-) )

I hope you will also find them fun to crochet, as their construction is a bit unusual using shorter and longer stitches to do the shaping around the initial granny triangle.

A seamless project, they are also very fast to crochet. I make one in an evening.

Sized for a medium's ladie's foot, with detailed notes on how to very easily alter pattern for longer or shorter feet.
