Have some fun and play with the pattern repeat in the self-patterning yarn. Try to get the striping to match up or mix it up on purpose. Both look great.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eYarn 65 (90, 120, 145, 180) yds [60 (80, 110, 135, 165) m] solid 4-ply yarn (MC) 85 (130, 190, 225, 290) yds [80 (120, 175, 210, 265) m] self-patterning sock yarn (CC)\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eGauge 22 sts and 30 rows to 4” (10 cm) over stocking stitch worked in the round with yarn held double.
