American Ginger Beanie

This is a pattern of intermediate/advanced difficulty and includes instructions for a one size fits all beanie with adjustments for tighter or looser band sizes. This beanie can be adjusted to fit most adult head sizes ranging between 20 and 24 inches in circumference. When designing this pattern I used approximately 140 g of medium weight yarn. Included in the pattern are instructions for creating an optional “fur” pom pom as well as an appendix with pictorial guides for some parts of the pattern which I believe may provide a challenge for some crafters, particularly those on the beginner end of the spectrum. Instructions are written in standard US crochet shorthand.
