Perfect for keeping littles snug or as a playmat, this blanket has been designed to grow with your little one and to be used throughout the years! Made using only knit and purl stitches, it’s as easy as A B C!

Skills required: Cast on, knit, purl, cast off

Approximate Measurements Length – 45 in/114 cm Width – 38 in/97 cm

Materials Long circular or long pair 4.5mm/#7 knitting needles. Tapestry Needle.

Tension 18sts and 27 rows to 4 in/10cm square over st st using 4.5mm/#7 needles.

Yarn For this blanket I used Women’s Institute Soft and Smooth Aran (pictured here in Denim) but any yarn that meets the weight/tension requirements will work.
