Knitting Pattern - Fringed Boot Cuffs  Quick and easy pattern.  Please don’t be disappointed at how simple my patterns are to  whip up, that is my main objective when I design a pattern. I aim to design in such a way that even a beginner could manage a successful result!  .  YOU WILL NEED:  Worsted weight yarn, worked 2 strands  9 mm knitting needles, (worked flat)  yarn needle  Optional beads for the ends of the cords.  (Cords can be shoe laces, or several strands of yarn.)  .
