Product Description
This easy-to-knit baby blanket features a wide garter stitch border with stocking stitch vertical stripes, and an inverse version of the pattern in the central panel. The blanket is knitted in one piece, so requires no sewing.
The pattern is suitable for a beginner as it uses only knit and purl stitches. There are eight rows to the pattern, but every right side row is a plain knit row. The pattern is fully written out and an easy method to give beautiful, neat edges is included.
The blanket is worked in DK weight (8ply) wool on 4mm needles.
Four baby sizes are included: large cot (90 x 110cm), small cot (70 x 90cm), bassinet/stroller (55 x 78cm) and square receiving blanket (78 x 78cm).
