William, the whale is worked in the round, in one piece, with some short rows shaping. The finished toy measures about 7" / 18 cm from head to tail. Yarn: Worsted weight yarn (About 100 – 110 yards)
Notions: Yarn needle, scissors, stitch markers, polyester fiberfill (1 small bag), small amount of black yarn.
Recommended Needle Size: DPN US # 5/3.75mm (set of 5). Or use your preferred needles for knitting in the round.
