In the Wildflowers Tunic, poppy stitches and eyelets are repeated to create a sweet lacy-but-not-too-lacy top. The top is simply 2 panels, so if you can crochet in rows, you can make this! And by customizing the pattern repeats, you can customize the shirt for any size or length you'd like.
The free pattern for size S and M, along with an explanation of the pattern repeats, are on my blog: https://www.1dogwoof.com/wildflowers-tunic-crochet-pattern/
The paid PDF has instructions for sizes XS (S, M, L, XL, 2XL), a stitch chart and a schematic.
