Love craft need to concentrate on better customer service and make contact information more accessible as I wanted to cancel my order. Retreat wool is beautiful but listed with such peculiar names it’s hard to buy the right color plus they seem to have extended the range
I ordered then realised it was wrong tried calling love crafts to discuss to no avail so they need to look at customer service and make themselves more accessible for customers. Other than that I gave up the order arrived and decided ok my second order was also a problem as it wasn’t quite the colour I expected
This yarn is a dream to work with. I crocheted a hat, and unpicked it twice. The yarn is soft but strong, feels good whilst working through your hands and the finished piece is beautiful and soft against your skin. Great choice of colours and a fantastic price.

A beautiful soft wool. I have used it before. The reason for 4 stars only is that I have to be careful, when knitting, not to split the yarn due to the nature of the manufacture. My problem.
