From our Brighten Up Your Autumn knitting pattern range, the Welsh Dragon brings a pop of bright colour to your cold-weather knitting. Worked in knit stitch and made in sections, he’s a lovely weekend project.
To make your dragon you will need: Chunky red yarn (we used one ball of Sirdar No 1 Chunky in shade 0214 Red), a pair of 4mm straight knitting needles, toy stuffing, darning needle and a pair of 9mm black plastic toy safety eyes with click-on backs
Easy to knit and super colourful, the dragon measures 30cm tall when completed.
