POMPOM Pixie Beanie is a cute vintage style accessory for newborns, toddlers and kids.
Skill level: easy / beginner friendly.
Yarn: 1 (1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4) skeins of Gazzal Baby Cotton XL or Gazzal Baby Wool XL, 105m (115yds) per 50g (1.75oz) skein. You may use any soft fibers blend of yarn in suggested yardage.
Crochet hook: 3 mm Check your personal gauge to choose the hook size needed.
Notions: measuring tape; stitch markers; scissors; a darning needle; some extra yarn for pompoms in matching or contrasting color.
The pattern is in English with US crochet terms. Detailed written directions are followed by example chart to show the principle of shaping the hat. There's also an instruction on how to made pompoms.
