Umami is a Japanese word meaning “savoriness”, which is one of the five basic tastes, often considered as the most delicious of all. Notes This great stashbuster project can be made using several different colors. I recommend picking up to 10 different colors of a DK weight yarn, and only one color of mohair that will be used on the outside of the hat.
