Here's a bat to hang around your place by his "claws"or to fly overhead!
He's really a friendly black fruit bat, but we can pretend he's scary if we like!
He takes less than 80 gms of your choice of black 8 ply/DK yarn and is fun to make. His wings are shaped as you knit and stiffened with drinking straws or chenille sticks – just to make sure he flaps efficiently...
There are lots of pictures included in the written pattern.
The Australian bushfire fundraising campaign, for aiding affected wildlife, has now ended.
In total, the 6 patterns involved raised AU$1,610 – a fantastic result!
Thank you to everyone who contributed by purchasing a pattern.❤️
