Product Details
The Autumn Splendor Cowl uses a plethora of stash leftovers to create a stylish and fun to knit, while still showing off the yarn. Using a basic Herringbone stitch along with a mix of several different colors of yarn at once, this project truly embodies the essence of stashbusting with speedy and stunning results. The scarf is also constructed in a very interesting way - instead of being a circular cowl that knitted in a tube, it is knitted flat and then the end is attached at a 90° right angle from the cast on edge. Perfect!
"Autumn is a season of change. Leaves transform from their summer green to their autumn splendor. Where the bounty of the earth is harvested for the long winter ahead, and we all exchange our tank tops and cut-offs for our warm woolen mittens and thick cabled sweaters.
This pattern is perfect for the changing season. With a warm color palette that is reminiscent of the leaves of the oaks, maples & aspens, this pattern is sure to be a favorite.
