A warm and cozy shawl in a thicker yarn that lets the stitch work shine! Box stitch texture and a simple lace pair well for a lovely shawl.
Construction: Shawl is worked top down, beginning with a center neck tab.
Full pattern is written with lace border charted in small and large sizes.

Yarn: 5 skeins Cascade Yarns 220 Superwash Aran (150yds/137m, 100g/3.5oz, 100% superwash merino wool) Shown in 248 Flint Stone Or 750 yards/686m of heavy worsted/aran weight yarn that knits to gauge
Needles: US 10 (6mm) or size to obtain gauge, 32”/80cm circular needle suggested
Gauge: 14 sts and 18 rows = 4”/10cm in stockinette
