Rain falling, meadows greening. The Spring Meadows Shawl is a lightweight boomerang-shaped shawl comprised of four stitch patterns representing the fresh leaves, rain, meadows, and flora typical of springtime.

The stitch patterns used in this shawl are intermediate level. They require some attention, specifically for the floral mesh lace section. The leaves require some attention at first, but they can also be memorized. Specific techniques in the pattern include working stitches together through the back loop, SKP, SSK, and yarn overs. These techniques all have linked video tutorials within the pattern.
