Beautiful cables frame an airy eyelet fabric on this lovely lightweight wrap. It’s the spring/summer sister pattern to my Hot Chocolate Wrap.
Sparkling Water Wrap is a long sideways-knit shawl worked from tip to tip in an elongated, tapered shape. This makes it fun to knit and easy to wear.
The pattern is written for a fluffy fingering weight yarn, but it provides lots of options for easy adjustments if you wish to use a different yarn weight or make a smaller/larger shawl according to the available yardage.
Fully written row-by-row as well as charted instructions are provided so you can choose which you prefer to work from.

Designed for fingering weight yarn. Yarn used for sample: Cardiff Cashmere Brushlight (fingering weight, 82% Cashmere, 18% Silk, 25 g = 138 m / 151 yd), 4.72 balls used (118 g = 652 m / 713 yd) in colour 101 white.
