The "SMOKE SHIFTER" gradient blanket
I designed this gradient blanket in shades of gray as a wedding gift for my step-son and his wife. Being millennials, they’ll appreciate the modern design and edgy colors. Being an Eagle Scout, he’ll appreciate the name. It is knit flat in simple garter stitch on a long circular needle holding 2 strands of yarn together.
THE BASICS
• Pattern is written in ENGLISH and uses standard U.S. knitting terms
• Instructions are for knitting flat on a circular needle
• Blanket is knit holding 2 strands of yarn double throughout
• Gauge: 11 stitches = 4 inches (10 cm)
