Simply Chunky Hat

This hat is made with super bulky yarn, so not only is it thick and warm, but it can be crocheted in less than an hour. An invisible seam technique is used so that it looks seamless.

Materials used in the pattern are Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick and Quick yarn; however, any super bulky #6 weight yarn can be used. I used 68 yards. US size N (10mm) and L (8mm) crochet hooks, yarn needle and scissors. Optional faux fur or yarn pom pom can be attached.

The teen/adult size fits a 20-23” head circumference.

The skill level is confident beginner and the detailed instructions include photos on joining the rounds with an invisible seam.
