Poor customer service in response to poor quality item
Poor pattern, with very bad layout. Should have only taken a few pages and is spread over 20 pages with large gaps and white space.

The pattern is great. I used the free version on her blog at first and have since used the pattern enough that I wanted a print out version. Clear instruction, photos, etc. beginner friendly.
