Sarah's Grove is a wrap or kerchief roughly scalene in shape. It begins with a tiny number of stitches at one side and gradually increases in length and width. It is finished with a lacy border along one edge.
The pattern is worked in two yarn weights--lace weight and fingering weight.

A chart for the stitches would be helpful, as the written directions confused me a little, although the stitch counts by rows were very helpful. A chart with the stitch detail sometimes is as good as directions if it is clear. But I do like this pattern.
