Sandglass Cardigan

Sandglass Cardigan is a crochet cardigan with an intricate cable stitch pattern on the back and both front sections.

Pattern construction : The cardigan is worked bottom up in separate pieces. Side seams and shoulder seams are closed. Sleeves are worked on the cardigan. Finish with the optional collar.

Yarn : aran weight yarn Cardigan with collar : Yarn A : Concept by Katia Lagom, 47 % merino extrafine & 40 % cotton & 13 % polyamid, 50g/200m/219yds, 109 Blueish Grey : 7 (8, 9, 10, 12, 13) balls Yarn B : Concept by Katia 50 Mohair Shades, 67 % mohair & 30 % polyamid & 3 % wool, 20g/200m, 3 Light Grey : 7 (8, 9, 10, 12, 13) balls. The entire cardigan is worked double stranded.

Cardigan open fronts : Lion Brand Fishermen’s Wool, 100 % pure virgin wool, 227g/425m/465yds, Oatmeal : 2 (3, 3, 4, 4, 5) balls.

Crochet hook : 4,5 & 5 mm.
