A colorful blanket celebrating home and family. Work it as shown or from your own stash of yarn leftovers.
This stash-busting blanket is worked in garter stitch strips then sewn together. The border is added by picking up and knitting along the completed blanket edges.
You will need 270 yards of each of 12 colors, and an extra 180 yards of the color used for the border.
You will be using intarsia, color striping, and pick up and knit.
Errata: The v2 version of the pattern has a mistake in the color chart for the ground floor (GF). The window positions are 1 stitch off and should be aligned with the top of the door.

Pattern details are far too complicated. I don’t think it was value for money as I’ve now put it to one side to get on with other projects. I even showed it to my friend who is a great knitter and she agreed with me.

Nice pattern and grows quickly.
The pattern is great, just not easy to download and print after paying for it. Certainly not the kind of pattern you can just use from the screen.
I bought the safe at home knitting pattern knits up as it says would have been helpful if they told you how to close up holes from intarsia knitting but found that on you tube overall worth the money
Love this pattern and it was easy to purchase!
