Product Description
Brave the cold while in style! This cozy cable headband will be a delight to your ears during Fall and Winter. This headband is knit flat and then grafted together. It is completely reversible and seamless.
Finished Size One size: length 43 cm / 17”, width 10.5 cm / 4 in. Stretches up to 58.5 cm / 23” circumference.
Yarn 1 skein of Cascade Eco Due, Vanilla 1705 (70% baby alpaca, 30% wool; 100g = 180 m / 197 yds each). Or approximately 85 m / 93 yds of an equivalent Aran weight yarn.
Needles & Notions 6.5mm (US10 1/2) needles or correct size to obtain gauge. Large cable needle or one spare DPN. 122 cm / 48” of waste yarn for provisional cast-on. Blunt darning needles for grafting.
Gauge Approximately 28 sts = 10 cm / 4” in K2/P2 ribbing, unstretched.
Note To increase lenght of the headband, add an additional round in between every second cable.
