Product Details
The Twin Cities of Pineville and Alexandria are both joined and separated by the Red River. The geographic center of Louisiana, this area has become my second home and this pattern was designed for the friends I’ve made there.
Worked from end to end, this rectangular wrap or scarf features three lace patterns that transition seamlessly from one to the next. Little lace trees for the pines of Pineville, chevron waves for the churning waters of the Red River, and herringbone blocks for the brick streets of Alexandria.
Sizing Small (Large) 10 (19) inches/25 (48) cm wide by 73 inches/182 cm long after blocking
Gauge 24 sts and 35 rows = 4 inches/10 cm in lace pattern before blocking 19 sts and 28 rows = 4 inches/10 cm in lace pattern after blocking
