This is by far one of my favorites to work up. I have given 2 style options. I love the way that the Red Heart Sashay looks on the skirt, but for those who don't want to spend the money or have access to the mesh yarn, I also have one in all Simply Soft.
The pattern has been tested by many and should be easy to follow. There are photos showing how I attach the Sashay for this specific dress.
