Not as easy to knit with pure cotton which feels sifter but great for dishcloths which I am gifting for Christmas.
The yarn works up beautifully, the only negative I would mention is that I’ve used other brands with this wool/acrylic ratio that were a little softer, a bit bouncier! Still, I would use it again, I love the many colour options!
Plymouth Encore Acrylic has been my favorite worsted acrylic yarn for a long time. It has good loft and is washable and dryable. I use it for baby blankets, afghans, etc. My recent purchase has been used to crochet an American Flag which has turned out beautifully. I once had a problem with this yarn which I used for an afghan. After I washed it, it pilled terribly. My local yarn store returned it to Plymouth and they replaced the yarn I used. Have never had any problems with their yarn since. I added a photo—still working on the 50 stars!
easy to use does not pull apart or fray
This yarn knits up beautifully however the end result is a little stiff does not feel luxurious. I like that it does not pill and it does machine was nicely.
